Digital Downloads (Final Sale)

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our downloadable products (including PDFs, planners, guides, templates, and digital assets), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been purchased, downloaded, or delivered, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience any technical issues downloading or opening your files, please contact our support team at , and we will immediately resend your access links or assist you.

Print-on-Demand Physical Merchandise

All physical merchandise (such as apparel, drinkware, and tote bags) is custom-made to order upon purchase. Because items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or changing your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your physical item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at topstudent515@gmail.com  with your order number and photo evidence of the flaw. We will gladly send you a free replacement immediately.
